Step 01: Initial Status Review

  • On-site examination to existing processes, operations, facilities, documentation, records and conduct relevant interviews with selected staff
  • Set the corporate objectives and identify current resources and areas for improvement in quality performance
  • Determine the gaps in compliance to the required standard(s)

Step 02: Management System Design & Development

  • Establishing a management system that includes the policy and quality manual in relation to the key processes within the company and unique clients’ needs
  • Identifying and providing guidance on procedures to meet the requirements of the required management system(s)

Step 03: Implementation Plan

  • Carrying out the Awareness Training for all work committee staffs
  • Guiding the management system leader with regards to the communicating operational control procedures to related staffs
  • Visitation of relevant departments and providing information on the implementation process and how-to maintain the records properly
  • A group of internal auditors will also be trained to assist in the maintenance of records

Step 04: Pre-Certification Audit & Review

  • Facilitating internal audit and also providing recommendations of corrective actions for all non-conformity

Step 05: Post Certification Audit Follow-up

  • Providing assistance to resolve any non-conformances identified during the course of certification audit
