Ministry of Manpower just recently announced the amendment for WSH Work-At-Height regulations. Under the regulation – Permit-To-Work (PTW) system apply only to workplaces defined as “Factories” and Work-At-Height safety assessor and authorized manager to be carried out by different persons has been removed.
