Chris is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Consultancy Pte Ltd. He started the company in 2013.

As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction. He has since launched one of the industry first integrated and value added service as part of the company’s offering. This has allows some of the more complicated projects to be delivered more efficiently and effectively, resulting in cost savings for its clients.

Prior to founding the company, Chris has worked across a number of industries. He was with Simex (now known as the Singapore Exchange) in the trading floor division. He then joined one of the leading financial portal ShareInvestor, as their Business Development Director. He also had a successful stint as a real estate agent – achieving awards for being a top performer for three years in a row.

As an entrepreneur and practitioner, Chris is often invited to speak at events. He recently speaks on a WDA event for PMETs in the Training and Consultancy Industry and; Singapore Malay Chamber of Business and Industry event to Food and Beverage industry.

Chris graduated with a 2^nd Class Upper Honours in Finance and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Chris is married with 2 daughters and a son. He enjoys reading, watching movies and football.

Being a hands-on practitioner in management systems, Chong Hwa King joined Advanced Consultancy Pte Ltd in year 2016, and become the Director of Operations.

HK held an Honourable Degree in Industrial Technologies, and subsequently joined a few manufacturing companies as the Head of Quality Assurance, as well as Head of Production respectively.

In year 2004, with his hands-on knowledge in management systems, he joined an Independent Certification Body as a Lead Auditor for auditing management systems.

With his knowledge, skills and passion in management systems, he further excelled into training field for delivering training courses related to the management systems, specialised in Management Systems Lead Auditor Courses. To date, he has successfully trained hundreds of lead auditors.

With his continuous passion in the management systems, he will continue to lead and guide his team for helping more industries to gain the benefits by implementing the management systems, and eventually be certified to the management systems by external certification body or interested parties.

Having a warm and lovely family with 2 kids is the key driver for him to continue to serve his expertise. Reading books, study in Chinese Metaphysics, listening to music and sports are part of his hobbies.
