On 8th April 2016, a scaffold with an anchor which was installed just about 10 minutes ago collapsed from 16th store out of a sudden. By chance, there was no injuries nor death resulted from this occurrence.
This should be a lesson addressed for the importance of Workplace Safety.

- Conduct a thorough Risk Assessment to manage any potential work hazards relating to scaffold;
- Identify the risk of hanging scaffold and implement the preventive safety measure beforehand;
- Extra precaution also has to be taken into consideration during installation of the anchor to ensure the safety of the entire structure.
