News from Workplace Safety & Health Council, on 21 December 2015, a worker from China a week ago was found unconscious on a bed in his dormitory. There were only two fans in the dormitory. On the day, he committed to erect false work under the temperature of about 32°C. The place where he came from a week ago was winter and the temperature ranged from -7°C to 3°C. When he was not found at his work area, his foreman was informed and he was subsequently found at the dormitory. The worker was pronounced dead after conveying to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on the day.
