On 20 June 2016, a severe accident happened on an expressway. A worker was trying to unload traffic cones from the lorry to block the lane for repairing work. He stood between the lorry and an attenuator-mounted truck (TMA). However, there was an oncoming tipper truck collided into the TMA, which moved forward from the impact and struck the worker. The worker was pronounced dead at the scene.
